From The Campground
Roan Creek Campground is located near Watauga Lake and offers RV sites, cabin rentals, and luxury glamping tents. The Mountain View Cabin sleeps up to 4 people and features a stocked kitchen, while the luxury tents have solid wood flooring, a queen size bed, a mini refrigerator, power outlets, a ceiling fan, heaters, and a creek side view. Each RV site has a dedicated water and sewer hookup along with 30 and 50 amp power hookups. The campground is close to outdoor attractions such as the Appalachian Trail, Backbone Rock, and Watauga Lake. Hands On! Children's Museum and Watauga Lake Winery are nearby for rainy day activities.
