Blue Water RV Resort & Marina in Dayton, TN is a wonderful park with all the amenities. The pads and driveways are all cement and level with full hook-ups easily accessible. The park is well-maintained with clean and modern facilities. Waterfront sites alongside the cove are great for fishing and boating with plenty of lake access. The upper campground has a pool and catch-n-release pond surrounded by a lit walking path. There are multiple cabin lodging options available as well. The park is family-oriented and has a playground for children. There are plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. While the roads leading into the park can be challenging for larger RVs, it is well worth the effort.

It is located on Lake Chickamauga, one of the countries best bass fishing lakes and home to a 15 lb. state record largemouth! The campground offers RV camping and lodging options including a Lodge, Duplex Cabin, and River House. The campground also features a marina, a general store, and a variety of activities for guests to enjoy.
