Caney Creek RV Resort & Marina is a mixed bag with various reviews. Some travelers found the sites too close to each other, but others loved the central location of amenities such as the laundry room, bathroom, and shower stalls, walking trails and a large dog park. Some visitors had a great stay since the campground is situated off the highway and offers a lot to do. However, some guests were disappointed since they felt that the campgrounds emphasis was obviously on long-term clients, making it overpriced for what they received. The pull-thru sections are reportedly quite large, and the site was decent size with full hookups. Many felt that it is an excellent place to stay, although some others did report a crowded environment.
