This mobile home park is a great place to stay for a night or a few days. It is conveniently located near I-40 and is quiet and clean. It has full hook-ups and a few RV spots intermixed with the mobile home sites. The sites are large and level, and there is a strong water pressure. It has a good laundry, TV room and pool, and Verizon has a strong, fast signal. However, there is no Wi-Fi and no amenities, and the sites are setup for mobile homes, so the electric and water are on the curbside and the sewer outlet is under the rig. There are also no restrooms or showers. The manager can be reached by phone to reserve a site, and payment can be left in a drop box near the entrance.
