David Crockett State Park is a 1,319-acre park located in Lawrence County, Tennessee. The park is named after David Crockett, a pioneer, soldier, politician, and industrialist who established a diversified industry consisting of a powdermill, a gristmill, and a distillery along the banks of Shoal Creek. The park features a museum with exhibits depicting Crockett's life, a water-powered grist mill, RV and primitive campsites, modern two-bedroom cabins near beautiful Lake Lindsey, and a restaurant that offers curbside pickup for picnics in the park.
