Overall, Chester Frost Park is a great place to stay for the weekend and offers plenty of outdoor activities.

Chest Frost Park Recreational Campground is a year-round camping site located on the shores of Chickamauga Lake. The campground offers 228 recreational campsites with amenities such as boat ramps, fishing piers, laundry facilities, playgrounds, showers/restrooms, and Wi-Fi. The campground also has day-use areas with picnic tables, numerous boat docks used for fishing, and shelter/pavilion rentals. The Ranger Station Clerk is available from 10 AM to 6 PM EST. Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily, and check-out time is 12:00 PM – NOON. The campground offers a full refund for cancellations requested 7 days prior to the start date of the reservation and a 50% refund for cancellations requested within 7 days of the start date of the reservation.
