Roan Mountain State Park Camping is a beautiful campground located in Tennessee State Parks. The campground offers 106 family campsites, 86 RV sites with water and electric hookups, and 20 tent sites. Each site has a grill and picnic table, and the campground has a dump station and Wi-Fi. The tent camping area does not have electric hookups, and there are no sewer hookups in the campground. The campground also offers four group sites that can accommodate approximately 25 people each. The group sites have large gravel tent pads, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, and water spigots at each site. There is no electricity, and camping is only allowed on the gravel pads. The campground is located near a bathhouse with hot showers, and a cell phone booster is available for Verizon Wireless customers to assist with cell service.
