Pickwick Landing Campground is a beautiful, clean, and friendly campground located on the Tennessee River below Pickwick Dam. It is surrounded by tall, mature pine trees, providing plenty of shade and a peaceful atmosphere. The campground has recently been remodeled with new wood edging, gravel, and stainless firepits. Sites are spacious, level, and gravel, with well placed water and electric. Bathrooms are ADA compliant, private, and clean. There is a camp store on site with reasonable prices. The campground is pet friendly and close to the Shiloh National Military Park. The campground is also great for big rigs, with plenty of room and easy access. The only downside is the noise and smell of the paper mill on the opposite side of the river, as well as the barges passing through the dam.
