Foster Falls Campground in Sequatchie, TN is a wonderful primitive camping park. It is a small 6-site camp, plus a group campsite, located 2.5 miles from Foster Falls along the Fiery Gizzard Trail. The sites are well maintained and usually quiet with several vantage points that offer nice overlooks. Each site has a lantern pole and a separate site identifier pole in the center of the site. There are shared pit toilets available. Additionally, ample springs are located nearby. However, note that the park is not suited for large RVs or trailers. No generators are allowed in the park, and there is no water or electric available at the sites. Bathhouses are located on site. The trail to the falls is spectacular, and even a short walk will take you past multiple waterfalls. If you have a smaller rig or tent, this is an excellent place to camp.

South Cumberland State Park is a 12,166-acre park located in Grundy, Franklin, and Marion counties in Tennessee. The park offers some of the best hiking and backcountry camping in the region, with areas to explore including Fiery Gizzard, Denny Cove, Lost Cove, and Grundy Lakes. Camping options include primitive campsites and backcountry camping.
