This RV campground is well maintained by the Army Corps of Engineers and has a beautiful lake view. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. There are pull-through sites with 50 amp power, a boat ramp and a large parking lot for boat trailers. There are a few hiking trails, but one seemed abandoned. There is no Wi-Fi or terrestrial TV reception, but cell phone signals on T-Mobile and Verizon are strong enough for streaming. Level FHU sites are available with a view of the lake. The restrooms are clean and the showers are good. The campground is quiet and relaxing and the views of the river are stunning.
