Nestled on the side of a mountain in Tellico Plains, TN, Top Of The World RV boasts well-kept, all-gravel sites with a line of trees that separate the highway. The small laundry area offers ice and firewood, while the sites are spacious and can accommodate big rigs. The campground offers a beautiful view from many sites and is the perfect place for those who love hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountain overlooks. Its a small campground thats great for unplugging or exploring the natural beauty of the area. Although Verizon and T-Mobile do not work there, the free campground Wi-Fi is sufficient for everything you might need. The owners work hard to keep the campground well-maintained and there are no frills to it. The park has 25 FHU sites, one pull-thru, and the rest are back-in or pull-in. The steep gravel upgrade and tight turns require big rigs to drop their tow vehicle. Sites and roads are all gravel with no demarcation between them. The grill-firepits combination, water, power and sewer all work well. There is no bathhouse or tent camping on-site, but there is a party area of 5 close campsites for group camping. While there is no cell service, WIFI is good and there are many scenic drives, hiking spots, and waterfalls in the vicinity. Check-in is through text messaging and email. The nearest civilization is Tellico Plains, which is located 5 miles south of the RV park.
