Alamo Rose RV Resort is a beautiful park located in Alamo, TX, just a couple of miles south of I-2. This gated mobile home and RV park is ideal for Winter Texans and is well-maintained, including groomed lawns, swimming pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, and an electric car track. The residents, mostly from the upper Midwest, are welcoming to RVers. The park has two dog parks and offers daily activities such as dances, cards, concerts, guest speakers, and bingo. The park is also located in a central location for birdwatching and sightseeing in the RGV, close to many birding hot spots, and only five miles from Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge. The office staff is friendly but remains all-business. The RV sites could be a bit wider, but they offer plenty of space between campers. Overall, Alamo Rose RV Resort is a friendly, welcoming, and clean park, with reasonable prices for the area that are perfect for a winter escape in Texas.

Alamo Rose RV Resort is located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley in warm and sunny Alamo, Texas. The resort offers over 400 sites and a plethora of amenities, including a heated pool, two spas, an exercise building, complete laundry facilities, and a billiard hall. On the sports side of things, there’s an RC racing track, horseshoes, a bocce ball court, a pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Alamo Rose hosts many events that promise to keep you busy from morning until night, including Friday night dances, Saturday breakfasts, weekly entertainment, line and couples dance lessons, stain glass class, bingo, and many other activities. Alamo Rose is a gated community that offers rental units for those without an RV. Short and long-term rentals are available.
