This RV park is an older park with some trees and is located near US 67 in Alvarado, TX. It is affordable, offering FHU 30/50 amp, and has level and good sized sites. Amenities include mail services for long term guests and roof antenna for TV channels. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the Tuesday night gospel music was a great bonus. However, the park has some strange rules on breeds of dogs and noise from US 67 is loud. Additionally, one customer experienced issues with an owner, who was said to have dementia, and was not friendly and had to leave earlier than expected. Despite this, it is still a good deal for the price and a great layover while travelling down I-35.
