Royal Palms is a mobile home park located in a dangerous area of Austin, Texas. The sites for RVs are rough gravel and not level, and there is no security. The staff and management are rude and will lie to your face. Renters are charged for a sticker to park in the lot they have paid to rent, and will be towed if they park in the street or on the gravel in front of their trailer. The park is not friendly, not fun, and not safe. The park is well kept, and the monthly rates are great, but the location is right off the freeway, so it can get loud. There is also a garbage truck that comes by at 2 AM to collect garbage from numerous bins on the property. Shower and Restroom are only available during business hours like after 9 am.
