From The Campground

Balmorhea Resort is a campground located on the east side of Balmorhea reservoir. It offers a one-lane concrete ramp for boat launching, which is usually out of water during the summer. The campground is open all year and a fee is required for use. Picnic sites are available and camping is also available at the lake and at Balmorhea State Park, which is 7 miles away. Fees are charged at both locations.
