Sulphur Springs Campground is a great getaway spot for those looking to unplug and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All linens, dishes, cookware, and bath towels are provided, and the campground is located close to Barefoot Camp and Colorado Bend State Park, making it easy to access plenty of outdoor activities. You can stay in an RV, tent, or fishing cottage for a reasonable fee, and the beds and kitchens are comfortable. The campground is situated on the Colorado River, with a natural sulphur spring, a spring-fed swimming pool, and access to at least a mile of river frontage for fishing. The roads are rough, so youll need a high clearance vehicle, and the entrance is a winding one-way road with a hill. The owners are nice and the campground is well kept, but there is no septic hook up, just a dump station.
