This campground is a great spot for a peaceful getaway. It is a gated community with a stocked fishing lake, swimming pool, game room, gym, and propane. The club house is well-equipped with a fitness center, pool table, large sofa, big screen TV, and crushed ice machine. There are two large outdoor areas with free gas grills, tables, swings, and gas fire pits. The back of the club house has a patio area with rocking chairs, large screen TV, and fire pit. The park also has 10 washer and dryers that accept credit cards, no need for quarters. Every site has a great view of the beautiful lake and the staff is very friendly. The pool is not heated and the hot tub is not working, but there are golf carts for rent, free dog baths, and plenty of activities to keep you busy. The park is still under construction and there is no shade, so power bills can be high. The dog walks need to be fenced in, and there is dog poop in the backyards. The WiFi is not consistent, but the sites are level with concrete pads, parking area, and picnic tables.

Brazoria Lakes RV Resort offers lush grounds, a sparkling swimming pool and jacuzzi, computer room, professional-grade laundry facilities, exercise equipment, high-speed Wi-Fi, and so much more. The resort also offers convenient, nearby access to San Bernard Wildlife Refuge and the Wilderness Golf Course in neighboring Lake Jackson. The resort is also just 20 minutes to Surfside Beach and the Gulf of Mexico where watersport and fishing outings abound. Other amenities local to Brazoria Lakes include the original “Buc-ee’s” which hosts a variety of restaurants and retail shopping just north on Highway 36 in downtown Brazoria. Resident property managers are on-site 7 days a week to provide quality customer care. Whether you’re visiting for a night or staying long-term on assignment, you can count on a quiet and enjoyable stay.
