Village 21 is a great place to stay if youre looking for a convenient location close to most everything in Bryan, TX. The park rates are reasonable and there is a student rate available. Unfortunately, the park has had some issues with maintenance and security. During our stay, the water was shut off and the wifi was unreliable. There were also reports of an RV being broken into and a car being scratched by a maintenance worker, who refused to take responsibility for the damage. The park also has no showers or restrooms, and the pull-through sites are subject to road noise and Dish satellite signal interference due to trees. Despite these issues, the sites are easy to get into and level, and the park hosts are friendly and helpful. The park also offers free cable service, although the signal is not always strong.
