Timber Ridge RV Park in Bryan, TX is a beautifully maintained park with wide asphalt roads and large concrete pads. The park is easy to navigate and the staff is great. They have speed bumps throughout the park. They offer LP refills and pick up your tanks for you. Trash pick-up and a large dumpster for boxes is available. The only available power at the pedestals is 30 or 50 amp and the 110v outlets are not in use. Recent renovations improved drainage at the RV sites. Some sites have a steep entry that could drag RV landing legs. The outer pads are mainly used by permanent residents, but long-term options are also available. The only downside is that the main road noise can be an issue. The park is clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi is great - worth the extra cost for high speed access. There are no trees available at the park, but they do have a small dog park.
