Canton KOA Holiday, located half a mile from I20, is an easy-to-access and quiet campground thats perfect for big rigs. The large and clean park has many pull-thru sites that overlook a pond with a fountain. Each site features level, working utilities and long concrete pads. Although the trees are small, there is ample space between sites. The campground has all the usual amenities plus a barbecue restaurant on-site. Many visitors love the clean and level spots as well as the fun activities for kids. Several visitors come back yearly and generally are able to get patio sites. Although most of the roads are asphalt, and it is mostly quiet and peaceful, one major road is dirt and in poor condition, with a lot of pot holes. Overall, guests find this park to be very nice and accommodating. While some guests had minor issues with things like bathrooms or the condition of certain roads, the majority of comments are positive and touts Canton KOA as a go-to RV park in East Texas.
