This campground is a great place to stay for a short or long-term stay. It is easy to access and has spacious level sites with decent utilities, including WiFi that is actually usable. Groceries and essentials are just 10 minutes away. The gravel sites are well maintained between stays and there are nine new back in spaces. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, offering assistance with getting set-up. There is also a real nice tree swing for two. The campground is perfect for visiting the nearby Trade Days weekend, a gigantic flea market with 6,000 vendors on hundreds of acres. The only downside is the road noise from Interstate 20, but this can be minimized by running a small electric heater. The campground also offers a 50 amp FHU, great WiFi, good water pressure, and a very clean laundry and restroom. The staff are very responsive and helpful and will advise if conditions warrant evacuation.
