This campground is a great location for visitors to the Rio Grande Valley. It is close to all shopping and attractions, and has easy access from I-83. It is not a very large park, but it has a nice indoor pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, and a rec hall. There is free Wi-Fi available in the office and rec room, but people have complained about the reliability of the service throughout the park. The park has a home owners association which runs the park, including the new manager. Unfortunately, when it rains the dirt becomes deep mud and there is not enough room to get your RV out of the road when entering the park. The park has some strange rules, such as no food or beverages allowed in the pool area, exercise room, or pool table room. It is not recommended for anyone under 65 or 70 years old. The regular rates are the same as the highest rent parks in the Valley, but they offer a $89 one week coupon from the TACO magazine. There are some park models and MHs for sale, but they arent selling.
