We had a great view of the lake and plenty of shade. The Preserve is a 2000 acre private development located near Cleveland, Texas. It offers a variety of amenities, including two pools, equestrian facilities, cabins, and an abundance of wildlife. The campground is under construction and features large, level concrete pads, crushed concrete roads, and meticulously maintained grounds. The RV section is for big rigs and includes lots with amenities for personal use or rental. The resort is still under construction, so there are no working laundry facilities and the water pressure is sometimes low. Security patrols are irregularly scheduled. The sites are cement pads and are mostly level, with great views of the lake and plenty of shade.
