Wolf Creek Park in Coldspring, TX is a great place for camping. The campsites are nicely spaced with concrete level sites and full hookups, offering easy access to water view. The park does not have any street lights in A3 Campground, making it perfect for dark sky viewing. It is extremely quiet Sunday through Wednesday, with trash pickup at each campsite 3 times daily. The grounds are pristine, and the toilet/shower facility is very clean. The park also has a roped-off lake swimming area and a small playground near the swimming area. The campsite utility hook-ups are in good condition with no problems encountered. It is a great place if you want to camp without the hassle, just keep in mind that it doesnt offer much privacy from other campsites, and there is no evening trash pickup, so you have to store the trash created by evening cooking.

The park is staffed by a team of recreation professionals who enforce park rules to ensure visitors enjoy a safe and pleasant stay in the great outdoors. Visit the park's marina and grocery for everything from kayaks, canoes and paddleboat rentals to bait and provisions. Anglers especially enjoy the park's boat ramps, fishing piers and customer-designed fish-cleaning station. Clean restrooms and hot showers are the rule at Wolf Creek Park, and our volleyball court, basketball court and playground are all popular with children.
