Columbus RV Park & Campground in Columbus, TX is a nice park that is good for an overnight stay. Although it is not particularly big rig friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful and will work to find you a suitable space. The park has easy access from the freeway and is close to several restaurants (including a good Mexican restaurant across the street) making it a convenient place to stop for the night. The facility is well maintained and there are no frills or amenities due to a recent fire in the main building. However, for a quick, one night stopover, its a decent choice.
