The sites are large and the concrete pads are very spacious with a patio. We were backed up to the pond so it was a very nice view. Electric hookup is a little odd since they have one pole with 2 boxes between the sites. Sewer and water are near the rear of the site so depending on your rig you may need longer hoses. If desired you can rent a cable modem so you can get your own personal WiFi at your site. Leisure Lane RV Resort is a peaceful and pleasant RV park located off FM 3083 between Conroe and Highway 59, 1 hour north of Houston. The park is gated and surrounded by a forest of trees, and is only 15 minutes from Lake Conroe. Campsites are spacious with concrete slabs and patios, and feature picnic tables. The park offers a variety of amenities, including a pool and hot tub, dog park, laundry, community firepit, propane refill, playground swingset, horseshoes, bocce ball, exercise room, library/sitting area, community room, lounge swings, and a fishing pond. The park also offers mail and Amazon delivery services. The only downside is the speed bumps on the access road.
