This campground is located in a convenient location near the USS Lexington, Port Aransas, Corpus Christi beaches, the Aquarium, and the minor league ballpark. The staff is very nice and offers discounted tickets to local attractions. However, the campground is not well-maintained and needs work with potholed roads, trash all over, and limited shower facilities. It is an old, unkempt fishing camp that is dirty and cramped. Despite these drawbacks, it is a good place to stay for a couple of nights while visiting nearby attractions.
