Verizon Wireless shows 3 out of 4 bar LTE and ATT wireless shows 4 out of 5 bars, 4G. Guests must walk their trash to one of three centrally-located dumpsters. The temperature is mild, with sunny days, and there are few flies and no mosquitoes. Overall, American RV Park is a great place to stay that is conveniently located near town with nice eateries nearby. The faucets are the only aspect that could be improved.

On-site amenities include laundry facilities, a dog park, and a swimming pool. The park is also partnered with RV Share, the largest peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. American RV Park is currently adding 100 new RV sites with a 4-acre lake as the focal point. The first 28 sites are now complete and ready to be occupied. Waterfront RV sites are available for $550/month + electricity, and standard RV sites are available for $440/month + electricity.
