Camp Margaritaville is a luxurious resort located on the beach in Crystal Beach, Texas. It is a beautiful, well-maintained property with friendly staff and a plethora of amenities. The heated pool and swim up bar are a highlight, and there are plans to build another pool for RVers with slides, swings, and a splash pad. There are pristine bath, gym, and laundry facilities, as well as trash pick up multiple times a day, immaculate pools and hot tubs, and plenty for kids to do. There is also a dog park with a wash station. Golf carts are available to rent and drive along the beach. The sites are level and have hookups, and the showers are very clean, though the water pressure is low. There is only one grocery store on the peninsula, or visitors can take the free ferry into Galveston. On Sundays, access to the pool is free, and there are often bands playing. The facilities are top notch and kept exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, the campground is unable to provide WI-FI like they advertise, and the power company has caused low voltage issues. The campground is a bit pricy, but it is a great place for a relaxing getaway.
