This campground is located in a convenient area near shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. However, it is not the luxurious campground that it advertises itself to be. The climate controlled exercise room, scenic picnic sites, free wi-fi, and swimming pool are not available. The sites are small and close together, and there are no public restrooms. There are low hanging branches that need to be trimmed, and the office is closed on weekends. The laundry facilities are clean and working, but the wireless internet is poor. There are also noxious weeds and wild animals, rats, snakes, and feral cats roaming the park. The tiny, dirty pool is closed, and the train tracks are close by with trains coming through every 30 minutes. The staff is friendly, but the sites are not well maintained and there is no real effort to fix any issues. The electric and water is included with the site, as well as full hook ups and Wi-Fi, but there are electrical surges from 12pm to 8pm. The campground is not suitable for large RVs, and the price reflects that.
