The grounds are well-manicured, with level cement pads, small trees, and some grass. There are two fishing docks and a boat launch nearby, and the park is surrounded by a salt water bayou. The utilities, including Wi-Fi, are good, and the sewer opening is covered with weeds. There is a large party deck and adults-only infinity pool overlooking the bay. The only downside is that there is no propane delivery service. The park is a bit remote and the roads are narrow and bumpy, but it is a great place to stay for a few days or longer. It is close to shopping and attractions, and is a great place to headquarter for visiting the local area.
