This campground is a great place for those looking for a quiet and kid-friendly stay. The new owners are working on improving the parks appearance and amenities, which were lacking under the previous owners. Despite the incorrect wiring with the 50 amp service that destroyed some appliances, the staff is friendly and the park is clean. The dog run area is a great place to meet other campers. The spaces are small but level, and there are cement strips for backing onto. Unfortunately, the road noise at the front of the park is loud and the speed limit isnt enforced. The cable TV connection didnt work, but the antenna pulled in many channels. The outlet and water hookup were also faulty. The park is in a great location for visiting the space center and beaches, but there isnt much to do here. The laundry is clean and the Wi-Fi is improving. The pet cleanup is hit and miss, and the staff was very helpful when we needed to print documents. The rate reflects Passport America-Rates and includes electric and Wi-Fi. This is a good wintering park, but the Wi-Fi and pet cleanup issues may prevent some from returning.
