The hosts are very hospitable and the park is pet-friendly. The park does not have restrooms or a laundry mat, but each site has its own sewage hook up and covered patio. Guests can enjoy the quiet and dark surroundings, with deer and wild turkeys often stopping by. The park is in the perfect location for visiting the Observatory, State Park, the Fort, and in-town amenities.
