This campground is a basic park that is more suited for long-term stays. The RV sites are very close together and there is very little scenery besides the RVs. The weekly rate is $125 and the monthly rate is $300, which includes up to $100 in electric. The sites are narrow and the dirt/gravel sites have grass between them. The paved streets can be muddy when it rains and the free WIFI is virtually unusable unless you are parked right next to the office. The 50a power sags badly and the sewer connection is difficult to reach. The train track is very close and there are slow freight trains 24/7. The bathhouse/laundry building is new, but the septic system aerator sprinkler creates a stinky swamp around the dumpster.
