Galveston RV Resort & Marina is located close to restaurants and shopping, only one mile from the beach, making it a nice place to stay. The spaces can be tight, with some not paved, but they are level and the operators are very accommodating, making sure to place you in a site that offers plenty of room if you are truthful about the size of your rig. The pool and hot tub are new and very nice, making for a fun and relaxing way to spend your time. The owner is nice and is working hard to improve the park, which has paid off, as they have expanded the concrete pads for several sites. One great thing with this park is that it is protected from the winds, which is a plus.
