This campground is a great place for families to stay and enjoy the outdoors. It is nestled in rural East Texas and has grown over the years with improvements being made all the time. The roads are gravel and can be bumpy in places, but are well maintained. The sites have flat concrete pads with water, electric 30/50 and sewer hookups, and some even have a carport and shed. The park also has a pool, decent cellular coverage, a huge camp house with a big screen TV, pool table and lounging area, and a great clubhouse with a fireplace, kitchen, and three TVs. The park owner and all employees are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet. The only downside is that the park is close to an oil refinery, so there can be a natural gas odor and noise. Be prepared to combat ants in the summer as well.
