There are spaces for permanent RVs on the other side of the park. It is generally pleasant and relaxing, and there is plenty of room between the sites. The pool is large and there are trees throughout the park. Cabins made of stone and petrified wood are available for rent. There is a paved walkway crossed the street alongside the Paluxy River which leads to a small park. The park also has buildings that can be reserved for events. The park is homey and there are several events hosted for the community. The kitchen is good for light cooking, and there are tables available for games and puzzles. Dogs are not allowed in buildings, but the park has a great cookie shop called The Crave, and propane is available. The park offers stable 50 AMP power. There is also a wildlife park nearby which is a bit pricey, but worth the money. Giraffes there eat out of your hand! Visitor reviews mention that the dump site may be raised and can cause issues, but water pressure is adequate. There is loud country music played in the rally room on Saturdays, which could be an issue to some visitors.
