Bennetts Campground is a great place to stay while exploring the Granbury area. It is conveniently located to downtown, groceries, and home improvement stores, and the RV store has a back door entrance. The campground is well-maintained and the sites are large. Lindy, the campground hostess, is very accommodating and helpful, and the other staff members are hard workers. The playground, laundry, shower, and meeting hall are all very clean and in good working order. The owners are easygoing and friendly, and operate an RV store and service center in front of the park. Restaurants in the area range from fine dining to some of the best Texas home style cooking. The only downside is that it can be a bit confusing to get to and you have to pay at the RV Sales / Service Center which is not actually connected to the campground. They also water trees and grass during the night, which can make the ground muddy.
