Sundance RV Park is a small, well-maintained campground with a security gate at the entrance. It has many permanent seasonal RV park models, and offers yearly, monthly, and daily rates. The park is big rig friendly and has plenty of things to do. It is very clean and well managed, and the utilities are above average. The roads are tight, and the parking spaces are very small and gravel-based. The owner is not necessarily rude, but he isnt friendly either. The park is bright at night, and is conveniently located near shopping. It is designed for Winter Texans and not for families with children. The new owner is cold with his guests, and requires a 100.00$ deposit to make a reservation.
