This campground is a safe and quiet place to stay, with a clubhouse that offers video poker games, pool tables, and darts. It has lots of permanent tenants, but not much to offer vacation campers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park is clean and welcoming to all walks of life. However, the management has a history of fudging documents for higher food stamps, and they use the local police to enforce rapid eviction. Tenants have been kicked out with no justification, and those who speak Spanish are quickly on their bad side. Special needs tenants are not welcome, and money is kept by management and not returned with eviction. Furthermore, the campground is so close that you cant put out a canopy, and the cable and WiFi never seem to work. The rate is good, but be aware that it may be adjusted depending on what the management thinks they can get out of you.
