USA RV Resort at Kemah is a well-kept, convenient campground located off the Sam Houston Tollway. The sites are paved and double-wide, with a narrow 3-foot strip of grass between them. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the park is located next to a large highway interchange, so traffic noise is constant. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room are all well maintained, but the sites are small and there is no place for children to play. The managers have a no refund policy and charge a 3.5% convenience fee for debit/credit card for rent payment. Vendors must also pay a $50.00 fee to enter the park. AT&T signal is strong and Direct TV is no problem as there are no trees.
