Westlake RV Resort in Houston, TX is a well-maintained park perfect for RV campers looking to enjoy a comfortable stay. The interior roads are made of concrete and easy to navigate, with good-sized concrete pads for the sites. All amenities, such as water, electric, and sewer, were found to be in great shape. The Clubhouse/Laundry was awesome, with features such as a nice pool table, exercise equipment, computer room, free coffee & popcorn, as well as a gorgeous patio overlooking the lake! The laundry accepts various payment methods, including coins, credit cards, or an onsite laundry card, and all machines worked well. The restrooms and showers were tiled and immaculate. A dog-walk area adjacent to the park follows a creek, complete with wildlife and water birds, providing a beautiful daily walk. The park also offers daily hours for propane fills and nearly 50 cable channels, although many people did not use them, as they used their own source of TV. Wi-Fi was decent, depending on the time of day, although some campers used their hot-spots for internet. The majority of residents were long-term, with many working in the area. Some of the long-term sites were cluttered, which detracted from the overall aesthetics of the park. Nevertheless, Westlake RV Resort is an exceptional park and an excellent choice for RV camping!
