The location is the biggest advantage of the park, as it is a walking distance from restaurants and musical events. It is also close to tourist attractions such as Space Center Houston and Kemah boardwalk. The park offers typical RV resort amenities such as community room with a kitchen, showers, laundry and workout room (the equipment needs maintenance). The roads in the park are easy to navigate, and the laundry room is clean and accessible through CC payment. There are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Though one guest had a bad experience with the restrooms, it seems that the park staff clean the restrooms regularly. Overall, USA RV Resorts Marina Bay is a great place to stay for a few months or for a short visit, and it is highly recommended.
