While the park is close to the interstate and can be noisy with truckers using their air brakes, staying in the adult-only side of the park can ease this issue. Additionally, its suggested that the park provides a space for small dogs to play away from larger dogs. Overall, Buckhorn Lake Resort is a great resort with friendly staff, well-cared for sites, and plenty of activities to keep visitors entertained.
