You can easily access the nearby Guadalupe River and Kerrville River Trail for biking and walking, and there is a convenient grocery store nearby. The Club House includes a swimming pool, kitchen, game room, library, and clean restrooms and showers. The WiFi is weak during peak hours, but still works. The rate is low at $285/month plus electric, and youll be able to enjoy the unseasonably cold weather while sleeping soundly with the perfect utilities.
