It offers numerous amenities and activities, such as high speed internet/cable, 2 pickleball courts, a pool, whirlpool, shuffleboard, horseshoes, cornhole, billiards, darts, a craft house, poker, and more. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the park is full of activities. The sites are gravel back-in sites with concrete patios, some of which are quite large. There is an additional charge for electricity and Wi-Fi is available for a monthly fee. The park is primarily for the 55+ age group and is a great place for retirees looking to make friends and stay active. There is a lot to do in the area, such as flea markets, visiting border patrol, South Padre Island and more. The campground is going through construction, but despite the inconvenience, it is a great place to visit.
