The park is divided into two sections, half with seniors residing in park models and half for RVs. The campground is surrounded by lots of space to walk and a small pond with some ducks to enjoy some nature. The pool area is nice and refreshing, although it could use an update. The library, puzzle room, shuffle, and bocce ball courts are available for guests to enjoy. The recreational hall is spacious and has a stage for entertainment during the winter months. The kitchen prepares meals for park guests. The parks facilities, including the shower and restroom facilities and laundry room were well-maintained. The park staff and management are friendly and helpful. Although the park is about 25-30 minutes from town, a country store on the corner has all the essentials you might need. The Wi-Fi can be spotty at times, but T-Mobile service was decent with a few spots here and there. Verizon service was not as good and only worked in certain areas. The park is a good value, and the rental rate is reasonable. Overall, its a great place to stay if youre looking for a peaceful and quiet country getaway.

Lazy Palms Ranch is a South Texas Camp Ground located in Linn-San Manuel, TX. It is the essence of the wild Texas heart, with unending vistas and Padre Island within a few two-steps. The campground is a 50+ Winter Texan Community, open year-round, but the weather is at its best from mid-September through mid-May. It is pet-friendly and offers a beautiful country setting, far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for convenience. The campground has a stocked pond with Blue and Channel Catfish, Bass, Black Crappie, Blue Gill, Red Ear Sunfish, and Tilapia. No License is Required. Lazy Palms Ranch offers regular shindigs, barbecues, and resort-style amenities.
