The campground was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Wind Point campground offers visitors a variety of accommodations, such as RV sites, primitive and electric/water enabled campsites, cabins, and a covered shelter with smoker and tables. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the park is clean and well maintained with ample open space and trees providing shade. Fishing is a popular sport and there is also a beach area. Lots of wildlife can be seen around the campground and the roads are safe for kids to ride their bicycles. The campground has been making a number of upgrades and is looking forward to the summer season. Despite some insect issues and the lake being low, the overall experience was positive.
