Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community conveniently located along Interstate 20 in Longview, TX. The community provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of residents having resided here for many years. There are a total of 38 lots available for rent, which includes water and trash. Pine Ridge is surrounded by beautiful trees on all sides and provides an incredibly peaceful environment. The community is currently undergoing major capital improvements, including a new park and picnic area, upgraded laundry room, and an upcoming nature trail walk with adjoining acreage. Pine Ridge also provides and finances mobile homes and small/tiny homes for residents.
