Camp Caravan Waco is a newer park, but it was built with a limited budget and has dirt/gravel roads and pea gravel pads. While there is very little natural landscaping, the park is clean and has good water, power, and sewer. It is a 15-20 minute drive from most attractions in Waco, with grocery stores located 5-10 minutes away. All the sites are suitable for trailers, but some may not be level for longer Motorhomes. While the park has friendly people and a small dog playing area, it could use some common area upkeep. The parks natural high desert Texas landscape has a lot of overgrowth and weeds, which detracts from its beauty. The laundry room is clean but may have a distinct odor of cat urine, and there were no chairs available during our stay. The park serves as a decent, average expense place to stay, although some improvements would enhance its overall enjoyment.
